idk bro u depends on how the young people ... Liftin occasionally started startin to 12 and now I'm 16 ... Ur so probably around 12 years or more can u start goin to the local gym and get a membership if ur parents allow u .. try a friend who wants to stay tell u so u in the routine that I will remain a beautiful mind havin problems caused Pallars SobirĂ  you never find on the street, but now I'm gettin 'a good pace ...
