Very interesting. To my knowledge, the seat belts in school by the Florida law and the charter bus, based on the website of the police chief of Florida and the website of the legislature of the State of Florida:

http://www.fpca.com/seatbelt.htm
http://www.leg.state.fl.us/Statutes/inde ...

Provided, of course, he is in a school bus properly marked, and so on, and no community or regulation provides otherwise. Which agency has the subpoena? Based on what part of the law? If the part of the law to write on the ticket, to my knowledge.

It seems to dismiss that the ticket was issued illegally and must be with prejudice.

So from what I read, this seems totally wrong, because it shows that the following are exempt.

1. A school bus.

2. A bus transporting persons for compensation.

3. A tractor or farm equipment.

4. A truck weighing over 5,000 pounds.

5. A motorcycle, moped or bicycle.
