Keyless Remote Entry? - aftermarket keyless ignition systems

Hi, I recently bought a new car, a Honda CR-V 2003 and came with a aftermarket keyless entry. There are 2 remote, only 1 works and the other not, despite showing flashes of his signal. There are 4 buttons on the remote lock, unlock, electric, and "Options" The remote control is a Elvatoc APS2K4SAW. Please help me, please, if you can. Thank you in advance.
